Video answer: How to cook oven roasted frozen turkey for beginners in easy steps
Top best answers to the question «How to cook a frozen turkey breast in the oven»
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grab a roasting pan. Line your pan with aluminum foil and season your frozen turkey breasts. Place the meat inside of your roasting pan with cut potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and corn.
- Cover the pan tightly with foil. Cook for an hour upside down. Turn the breast over, leave the foil off and put back in the oven. Baste the turkey with the pan juices every 30 minutes and continue at 325 until internal temp is 160. You REALLY need a thermometer if the breast is partially frozen.
- Cooking Instructions. Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove turkey breast from outer package. DO NOT PUNCTURE OR REMOVE INNER ROASTING BAG. Place frozen roast on rack in roasting pan with front label facing up. DO NOT COVER. Roast in center of oven. Browning occurs without basting. Roasting time is approximately 1¾ to 2¼ hours.
